Keyoumars “Keith” Izadi, MD, DDS

Dr. Izadi has been in practice since 1994.  His training includes a residency in oral and maxillofacial surgery and 2 years of general surgery training.  He then completed a fellowship in plastic and reconstructive surgery as well as a craniofacial and pediatric plastic surgery fellowship. As a dedicated husband and father of three, Dr. Izadi has many interests outside of specialty.  He enjoys spending time with family, attending church, reading the Bible, taking his children on bike rides, movies and fitness.

Keri Izadi, DMD

Dr. Keri Izadi has been providing safe office-based anesthesia for dental and surgical procedures since 2001.  After graduating from the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine, she completed a year-long anesthesia internship followed by a 2-year hospital-based anesthesia residency.  As an experienced dentist anesthesiologist, Dr. Izadi specializes in providing intravenous anesthesia to patients of all ages, in order to make their dental or surgical procedures a pleasant and comfortable experience. As a mother of three children, Dr. Izadi brings warmth and compassion to our practice and strives to make our patients feel at ease.  Outside of her anesthesia practice and motherhood, Dr. Izadi serves on the worship team at her church.  She also has a great interest in nutrition and physical fitness.
